INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal data is usually collected directly from you as a client, supplier or employee during registration (e.g. address data), or generated in connection with signing an agreement with us.

Contract: This usually consists of a personal identification number and name within Sweden that is entered by the contact person when signing and is used for daily management of production and collaboration.

Contact: Information such as e-mail, contact details and phone number specified when contacting.

History: For example, production history, completed productions or requests are automatically collected by our systems to assist in evaluation and feedback.

LEGAL BASIS

Zazen Design & Production AB processes your personal data according to standard legislation. We obtain consent, where this is required, before we start processing them.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION

All data is used to deliver, administer and improve our services. Information is required for us to be able to deliver our services (salary payments, invoicing, rights issues and financial administration). We also use this to be able to communicate with you about important events or information and general communication via e-mail.
